01Who can apply for a retailer account?
Independent retailers, concept stores and relevant hospitality or design-led businesses are welcome to apply. We review every registration individually, considering location, store concept, current assortment and brand fit.
02When can I see wholesale prices?
After the account has been approved and you have signed in. Your account shows the products, prices and commercial terms assigned to your store and market.
03Can I order across more than one brand?
Yes. Your account can bring together the This Found brands and assortments approved for your store, so they can be ordered through one retailer relationship.
04Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. The free-shipping threshold varies from country to country. MAUDE follows the order as you build it and shows clearly when the threshold for your market has been reached.
05What payment terms do you offer?
We carry out a credit check for every retailer registration. Approved credit accounts receive 30-day payment terms. Where credit is not approved, orders are handled by prepayment.
06Can I order on mobile?
Yes. Approved retailers can use the This Found retailer app on iPhone and Android to browse their assortment, place orders and reorder.
07Where can I find images and logos?
Approved partners can find current images, logos and campaign material in the This Found Media Bank. Access follows the permissions connected to the account.
