This policy explains how 6 Five AB processes personal data for the This Found website, retailer applications, wholesale accounts, orders, communications and related services.
01 / Controller
6 Five AB is the data controller when it decides why and how personal data is processed for the public This Found website, retailer applications, account administration, security, support, service communication, invoicing and legal compliance. A retailer or other business using MAUDE may be the controller for information in its own workspace, while 6 Five AB acts as processor under the relevant agreement.
02 / Information
Depending on the relationship, we may process name, business contact details, company and store information, retailer application details, login and access information, account-specific assortments and terms, orders, invoices, shipping and payment status, support communication, consent choices, IP address, device and security logs, and website interaction information.
03 / Purpose
Information is used to review retailer requests, create and administer wholesale accounts, provide ordering and support, fulfil orders, issue invoices, maintain security, prevent abuse, communicate operational information, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis may be contract, steps before contract, legal obligation, consent or legitimate interest.
04 / Sharing
Authorised staff and service providers may receive information where needed for hosting, storage, email, analytics, payments, accounting, shipping, support and security. Providers may process information only for authorised purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud or obtain professional advice.
05 / Retention
Information is retained only as long as needed for the relevant purpose. Retailer and account information is normally retained during the commercial relationship and for a proportionate period afterwards. Invoices, accounting records and supporting financial information may be retained for the period required by Swedish law, which may be seven years.
06 / Rights
Where applicable, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and direct marketing may always be refused. Rights are not absolute where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, financial record keeping or legal claims.
07 / Cookies
Necessary storage is used to operate the website and remember security and consent choices. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled until the visitor provides the corresponding consent through the cookie preference centre.
